Jump for your health

A large part of my awake time, and there is quite a lot of it, is spent either thinking or browsing the net to find ways to beat the ill effects of chemo. The first results did show a deep drop in WBC and hence the importance of keeping the lymphatic system on the move.

I just came across an interesting blog of a lymphoma survivor who found that rebounding is one of the best exercise for the lymphatic system. Do read the article.makes a lot of sense.

So off to buy a rebounder tomorrow so that Ranjan can start jumping to perfect health!
