Jumping to boost immune system

Believe it or not jumping on a rebounder or trampoline is an excellent way of boosting your immune system when you have Hodgkin's disease! So got Ranjan his trampoline and we begin jumping. The idea is to jump for a few minutes, even 1, many times a day so that your lymphatic system which unlike your circulatory system does not have a pump. If you walk for a few miles after a while your lymphatic and circulatory systems will be back to where you began. A survivor says: However, if you have a rebounder at your office or in your home, (or both), you'll be able to get on it and do some bouncing or gentle jogging throughout the day, so as to keep your blood and your lymph circulating continually, thereby doing the maximum job of keeping yourself healthy, or, if you are dx'd with cancer, of fighting the cancer. So Ranjan will be doing a lot of bouncing.
